Content Strategy Group

This group provides leadership in guiding the strategic procurement, negotiation, and delivery of cost-effective library content. The group works collaboratively with members to establish consensus that reflects institutional priorities and advances overarching strategic objectives by articulating libraries’ role and agency in achieving these outcomes.

Over the next few years, the group will be working on:

  • understanding and defining the 21st Century library collection

  • reviewing subscription costs and allocations across the sector.

  • influencing the direction of travel for post-transitional agreements.

  • collaborating on resource procurement processes for national negotiations.
