SSI Forum November 2025, SCONUL provided members from Small and Specialist Institutions an update on the following topics: changes made to the Organisational Development Knowledge Base following feedback at the last SSI Forum, work being carried out on the HE Reference Models to ensure that libraries are properly represented, the new SCONUL groups being created and an update on the further developments of the Jisc's “Big 5” negotiations and sector finances.
SSI Forum July 2025, Small and Specialist Institutions discussed the SCONUL Organisational Development Knowledge Base, the published CPD review report, OERs network and provided an update on the big five journal negotiations.
SSI Forum April 2025, Small and Specialist Institutions discussed the SCONUL Technology survey, the forthcoming Organisational Development Knowledge Base and AI.

SSI Forum November 2024, Small and Specialist Institutions came together to explore how small and specialist members might ensure that their staff have the opportunity to develop given the challenges of small teams and limited budgets and how might SCONUL and other library consortia support them. The meeting also explored the CPD review that SCONUL is about to launch, and the development of the Organisational Development Knowledge Base that is underway.
