Ideas From The Sharp End: Customer Services Group UK is pleased to announce the next in our series of popular “Inspired Ideas from the Sharp End” events. This time we’ll be at Royal Holloway University of London on Thursday 18 June. Registration will begin at 10:00am and the event will finish at 4:00pm.

Webinar: Our webinar is open to all. The next webinar will take place in 2026. 

Visits: Our Summer visits give the opportunity to explore another library and meet staff at a different institution.
