The Organisational Development group is undertaking a number of projects in line with our strategy, including:

• Scoping an organisational development knowledge base that allows the sector to share job descriptions and organisational charts
• Looking at how library staff can get ahead in their careers and encouraging employers to think about opportunities for training and development
