SCONUL responds to the REF Open Access Consultation

SCONUL has put together a response to the upcoming REF Open Access consultation, that was submitted on 17th June 2024. This response is based on a consultation with members and has been written to correspond with the word count specified.
SCONUL is supportive of the continuing move towards a more open research landscape, but wanted to address the concerns of the sector in a number of areas.
