Joint letter to IEEE from SCONUL, RLUK, SHEDL and SCURL

As the IEEE and Jisc negotiations have broken down, this week leading sector bodies called upon IEEE to come back to the negotiation table to finalise a new deal for academic libraries.
We had a mandate from our membership to reject individual deals at an earlier town hall and we hope that an agreement can be reached soon.
